Key Points
  • These requirements apply to both sellers and creators.
  • Auctions on TikTok Shop must be conducted through TikTok Shop's LIVE Auction feature.
  • LIVE Auctions are permitted only for categories and formats that TikTok Shop expressly allows, including collectibles and eligible Surprise Sets. Auctions for unsupported categories or formats are prohibited.
This document sets out the requirements for LIVE Auctions on TikTok Shop. These rules are designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and safe experience for all users, thereby protecting the integrity of the platform. LIVE Auctions are also subject to our Gambling Policy and Collectibles Requirements. Sellers must comply with this document, our Gambling Policy, and our Collectibles Requirements when conducting LIVE Auctions.

Auctions

An auction is a sale where items are sold to the highest bidder. Customers place bids, and when the auction ends, the item is sold to the customer with the highest bid.

Permitted LIVE Auction Format

LIVE Auctions on TikTok Shop are permitted only for categories and formats that TikTok Shop expressly allows, including collectibles and eligible Surprise Sets. Auctions for unsupported categories or formats are prohibited.
All live bidding must be run using TikTok Shop's LIVE Auction feature. This feature includes a built-in timer that allows customers to place bids while the countdown is active. When the countdown ends, the highest bid will be locked in.
Any auctions or related activities conducted outside the LIVE Auction feature are not allowed. Misuse of the LIVE Auction feature is also prohibited.
TikTok Shop prohibits behaviors that undermine platform integrity. Creators engaging in such activities may, at TikTok Shop's discretion, lose access to auction-related features.

LIVE Auction Listing Requirements

Sellers must ensure LIVE Auction listings accurately represent the product being offered for sale. Products must be listed in the category that most accurately represents the item. If the correct category requires Category Qualification, sellers must obtain approval before offering the product through a LIVE Auction.

LIVE Auction After-Sales Requirements

LIVE Auction Final Sale

Auction orders are final sales. Customers cannot return auction items due to a change of mind. TikTok Shop reserves the right to approve eligible pre-shipment courtesy cancellations on customers first two orders before an order has shipped. For valid issues (such as items that are missing, damaged, not received, or not as described), customers may request a return or refund within 14 days of delivery and must provide evidence.
See Customer Order Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy for more details.

Cancellation Rules for LIVE Auction Orders

Customers cannot directly cancel auction orders before the seller ships the order. If a customer would like to request cancellation before shipment, they can contact Customer Service or message the seller.
Cancellation requests submitted before shipment will be reviewed by the seller. Customer Service may also assist with cancellation requests for reasons such as accidental purchase or unauthorized purchase.
If a cancellation request is submitted after the seller ships the order, it will be handled according to TikTok Shop’s current cancellation policy.
TikTok Shop may approve a limited pre-shipment courtesy cancellation for eligible LIVE Auction customers on their first two auction orders. The cancellation request must be made before the order reaches "Awaiting Collection" status. If approved, the order will be cancelled and refunded, and the seller must not ship the item.
See Customer Order Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy for more details.

Invalid Seller Rejection Rate (ISRR)

Sellers participating in LIVE Auctions must comply with the Invalid Seller Rejection Rate (ISRR) requirements for all covered after-sales requests arising from auction orders. Refer to Requirements for Invalid Seller Rejection Rate (ISRR) for more details.

Auction Protection

Auction Protection is a platform-level safeguard for auction orders. It gives customers a clear path to support for valid seller-fault issues while preserving the finality of auction wins.
Covered issues:
  • Item not received
  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Item not as described or shown during the live session
  • Missing items
Not covered:

  • Sellers are required to verbally disclose the Final Sale policy at the start of every auction stream.

Product description must at minimum include: product name, brand or unbranded status, category, clear main image that matches the physical item, condition and defects, specifications and quantity, included accessories, certificates, original packaging, required qualifications, and shipping information.

Sellers must provide creators with full details on item condition, flaws, specifications, accessories, required qualifications, pricing, shipping, and delivery requirements. Do not start the auction if information is incomplete.Official Shop Creators and Marketing Creators must verify the product page, physical auction item, and inventory; affiliate creators must also verify seller credentials.   • Similar auction items are clearly distinguishable, and match transaction records and orders;
  • Once product display or bidding starts, you cannot temporarily change the starting bid, bidding duration, or auction end method.
For product linking, camera and lighting setup, display order, countdown settings, and end procedures, refer to the LIVE auction Feature Guide.

During LIVE: Display, promotion, and bidding

Product display

At the start of the LIVE, clearly state the range of auction items for the session and the sales format. If an item is marked Final Sale, inform buyers before bidding starts.Disclose the product name, brand, condition, major defects, specifications, quantity, exact product and accessories buyers will receive, and all other information that impacts purchasing decisions before bidding starts.Keep auction items clearly visible throughout bidding, unboxing, Card Break, and distribution. Show the full item, key parts, major defects, and required functions. Display all items for the session in the LIVE background; a high-value item's display time cannot exceed its share of the session's actual auctions. Remove or block unrelated content that could mislead buyers about brand, value, or prize scope. After a winning bid, show the buyer's won item clearly to the camera for at least 2 seconds, and verbally confirm the win during the LIVE.
① Keep auction items continuously visible② Proactively disclose all flaws

Truthful promotion

Claims about price, value, rarity, function, returns, or endorsements require verifiable evidence. Do not make false or misleading claims regarding original prices, stock, sales, demand, or value, or promise unspecified high-value items beyond the listing. The platform may request official website links, receipts, or transaction records.
Problem ScenariosNon-CompliantCompliant
Unsubstantiated Price ComparisonMaking the unsupported claim "MSRP $2,000 USD, starting bid $1 USD"Citing the brand official website at $199 USD, with available link or receipt
Fabricating ScarcityClaiming only 1 unit left when actual stock is 20 unitsTruthfully state "3 units available in this session, sale ends once sold out"
Making unsubstantiated value claimsMaking unsubstantiated promises of average value, minimum value, or returnsTruthfully disclose product prices; you may not only introduce products. For Surprise Set, all items included in the set must be disclosed
Falsely claiming platform or brand endorsementClaiming "platform authentication" or "brand authorization" without supporting documentsDisclose the issuing institution and certificate number when a certificate is available; you may not imply authentication when no certificate exists

Fair bidding

Only actual end buyers may place bids. Sellers, LIVE hosts, employees, personal contacts, business partners, and associated accounts cannot place bids or artificially raise prices. Do not falsify winning bids, re-auction items after low winning bids, demand additional price differences, or direct buyers to off-platform transactions.
Problem scenariosNon-compliantCompliant
Affiliated persons shill biddingEmployees use affiliated accounts to drive up prices; relatives and friends are invited to participate in bidding; partner accounts follow to place bidsNo affiliated accounts are permitted to place bids; staff may announce prices or record transaction results, but may not participate in or induce bidding
Multiple accounts creating false competitionThe same person uses multiple accounts to place bids in turns; canceling a completed transaction and reselling the item
Only genuine buyers may place bids; you may not cancel or resell an item solely because the transaction price is low
Requesting additional payment after transactionRequesting extra price differences or off-platform payments after the transaction price fails to meet expectations
The transaction price is the final full price; no additional price differences or off-platform transactions are allowed

Relevant Feature Policies: Listing and LIVE Requirements

Surprise Set

Surprise Set is allowed for Collectibles, Beauty & Personal Care, Toys & Hobbies, Sports & Outdoors, Home Supplies, Phones & Electronics, and Fashion Accessories categories.Surprise Set inventory may only contain products from the same category or subcategory, with similar approximate value, that are factory-sealed and unmodified by the manufacturer; Non-collectible categories cannot include secondary random items, custom blind boxes, or self-sealed packaged products. In product information, list every item's name, brand, condition, and quantity. Units offered cannot exceed physical inventory, and the title cannot highlight only the highest-value item's name or value or otherwise mislead buyers. Keep all inventory and distribution visible throughout the LIVE, and show each won item for at least 2 seconds immediately after the win in the same session. Do not add prizes, cash, or prohibited products.
  • Pricing and purchase restrictions: Every item must have a verifiable manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) that falls within the category's approved value range. One single Surprise Set can contain a maximum of 500 items; the rules for maximum bid price, single item value, daily purchase limits, and cooling-off periods apply concurrently.
Maximum bid price per set:
  • Collectibles: maximum $5,000 per set; coins and currency: maximum $1,000 per set.
  • Other eligible categories: maximum $500 per set.
Each item must fall within the market-value range below. When a buyer purchases a Surprise Set, the probability of receiving the highest-value item in that set must be at least 5%:
CatgoryMin ValueMax Value
Beauty & Personal Care$20

Collectibles$50

Fashion Accessories$20
$500
Home Supplies$50
$500
Phones & Electronics$50
$500
Sports & Outdoor$50
$500
Toys & Hobbies$20
$500
  • Buyer purchase limits: Users must be 18 years or older to participate. Buyers under 25 years old can purchase a maximum of 8 units per day; any buyer that accumulates 20 total purchases enters a mandatory 15-minute cooling-off period, and enters another 15-minute cooling-off period after every additional 20 purchases. Sellers cannot guide buyers to bypass these limits.
  • Surprise Sets must not be offered through pre-sales, loyalty programs, memberships, rewards programs, or similar arrangements.

Card Break

Card Break is a sales format where cards or collectibles are opened LIVE during the stream, and distributed to buyers per pre-disclosed rules. The platform permits Personal Break, Pick Your Team / Type, Pull-Til-You-Win, and Case Break formats; Random Team Break may only be run through a valid Surprise Set listing.Product information must state what buyers purchase, the distribution rules, and the exact physical item they will receive. Keep the full opening, display, and distribution process visible; each transaction must deliver at least one physical item. Do not use prohibited Draft-Style or Bounty formats, add random items or prizes, use third-party randomization tools, or rename listings to bypass rules.

LIVE auction close, shipping fees, and order fulfillment

Win confirmation and fulfillment responsibilityA completed winning bid is legally binding; cancellations follow platform rules. Sellers cannot cancel, substitute, or re-auction an item because the winning bid is low. Buyer protection still covers quality and fulfillment issues. Ship the exact won item—never a similar or near-identical product, an item with a different serial number, or a lower-condition item. Listing expiration does not remove verification responsibility.Mis-shipments, missing items, or substituted products are treated as fulfillment violations; all related refunds or reshipment costs are the full responsibility of the seller. For specific timelines and other requirements, refer to the Fulfillment Policy.Shipping feesShipping fees must reflect actual package weight, dimensions, shipping method, and cost. Do not pair a low starting bid with excessive shipping to create undisclosed profit. Combined shipping must reflect the merged parcel's actual cost, and promised free shipping cannot carry extra charges.
ScenariosNon-compliantCompliant
Low product price with excessive shipping feeProduct starting bid is $1, with an additional $20 shipping fee chargedShipping fees must be calculated based on the actual package weight, dimensions, and shipping method, match reasonable market levels, and may not be falsely reported, double-charged, or used to generate profit via abnormally high rates.
Double-charging shipping fees for a single parcelMerging 3 items into one package, but still charging 3 full separate shipping feesCalculate shipping fees based on the information of the merged single parcel
Charging fees after promising free shippingAnnouncing "free shipping" during the livestream, yet still charging a shipping fee during checkoutVerbal announcements during the stream must match the product's shipping fee settings; If you intend to offer free shipping, you must complete the corresponding settings in advance
Shipment Timeframes, Parcel Pickup, and DeliverySellers must complete valid shipment within 2 days, meaning you hand over the correct product to the carrier and generate a real, trackable logistics record. Creating a shipping label alone or filling in a tracking number does not count as completing shipment. You may not use fake tracking numbers, empty parcels, or invalid logistics. Sellers must retain records of transactions, picking, packing, package weights, shipping labels, and parcel pickup. In case of disputes over wrong/missing items, damage, or non-delivery, the platform may require you to provide photos, surveillance footage, or other proof.Orders must enter transit and be delivered within the applicable fulfillment timelines. Regular overseas-warehouse orders generally must enter transit within 2 business days and be delivered within 6 business days after Ready to Ship; cross-border direct-shipping orders generally must enter transit within 3 calendar days and be delivered within 15 calendar days. Long-term lack of logistics updates or late delivery may affect shop service metrics and LIVE auction permissions. See the Fulfillment Policy for the applicable timeline.PackagingProtect single trading cards with sleeves and rigid bend-resistant holders or equivalent protection. Use appropriate packaging and shipping for electronics, fragile goods, liquids, perfumes, and high-value items. If inadequate protection causes damage, dampness, leakage, missing parts, or loss of usability, the seller is responsible for returns, refunds, or replacements and may be penalized.

Returns, Refunds, and Seller Liability

LIVE auction orders generally do not support change-of-mind returns. Buyers may request after-sales support under platform rules for non-receipt, damage, defects, missing items, or mismatch with the description. Final Sale does not remove these liabilities, and expired links do not affect completed orders, after-sales processes, or evidence obligations. Eligible requests must be submitted with evidence within 14 days of delivery. The platform determines liability from buyer and seller evidence and may review product pages, LIVE footage and statements, transaction and communication records, packing records, and logistics. If a seller fails to make required disclosures or submit true, relevant, and complete evidence on time, the platform may rule on available materials and require a refund, exchange, or replacement. See Customer Disputes (Appeals). The end of a LIVE, expired links, creator unbinding, or permission changes do not release sellers from fulfillment or after-sales obligations. Process requests within Seller Center deadlines; unjustified rejection or delay may trigger automatic refunds and harm shop performance.
Invalid Seller Rejection Rate (ISRR):
Sellers may not obstruct buyers' rights protection actions through measures including blocking, muting, threatening, inducing buyers to withdraw complaints, or demanding off-platform refunds. For other requirements on order cancellation, returns, refunds, and processing time limits, see the Customer Order Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy.

Violations and Appeals

  • Non-compliant products may be rejected, removed, or restricted from sale, and LIVEs may be restricted or interrupted. The platform may also cancel orders, process refunds, and hold the responsible party liable for all resulting losses.
  • Repeated or severe violations will lead to escalated penalties; relevant auction, e-commerce, LIVE, product, or shop permissions may be suspended or revoked, and related associated accounts may also be subject to enforcement actions.
  • You may submit true, complete, and verifiable supporting materials via the Appeal Entry included in your violation notification. Acceptable materials may include real product photos, product information, authorization or purchase receipts, appraisal certificates, LIVE records, packing records, and logistics proof. For detailed violation severity tiers, appeal time limits, and document requirements, see the Seller Enforcement Policy and Creator Enforcement Policy.

  33. Official Shop Creators and Marketing Creators must verify that the product information matches the physical items before going LIVE and are responsible for all LIVE staff and collaborators. Violations may affect both the creator account and the linked store.
  34. Meets the platform's account-performance and compliance requirements
  35. Promotion Performance Score (PPS) > 3.5. For new creators without an existing PPS, the platform makes a holistic assessment based on their LIVE promotion performance over the last 30 days. Creators must also have no severe violations, such as counterfeit, fraud, or intellectual property violations, and no manipulative or deceptive conduct.
  36. Affiliate creators must comply with all Content Policy requirements when promoting LIVE auction products. Before going LIVE, affiliate creators must ensure that the physical items are consistent with the product detail page. Affiliate creators are responsible for all claims and promotional content made during the LIVE auction broadcast, and must not make false or misleading statements regarding brand, condition, value, efficacy, authentication, or after-sales commitments.
  37. Affiliate creators are fully responsible for all conduct during the LIVE. The supplying seller holds full responsibility for products, qualifications, inventory, and fulfillment. When a violation involves both parties, both the affiliate creator and the supplying seller may be subject to enforcement action.
  38. Eligible Products, Categories, and Formats
  39. Categories Eligible for LIVE auction
  40. All existing product rules apply to LIVE auction. Prohibited products cannot be auctioned. Restricted or qualification-required products may be sold only by eligible sellers who have met the relevant requirements. List each product in the category that exactly matches the physical item. Do not evade restrictions through incorrect category placement, title changes, tool switching, or product splitting. If compliance cannot be confirmed, do not launch the auction.
  41. Tool and Feature Qualifications
  42. The platform may determine access to Temporary Listing, Surprise Set, and other features based on business needs, account performance, and risk assessment. LIVE auction eligibility does not include access to these features. Sellers must separately meet the requirements below and comply with the Relevant Feature Policies: Listing and LIVE Requirements. The platform may restrict or revoke access based on account performance, risk, or violations.
  43. Platform-Approved Categories and Sales Requirements
  44. Selected products are for invited sellers only, covering specified leaf-level subcategories under these top-level categories:
  45. Collectibles, Pre-Owned Goods, Phones & Electronics; for more details, refer to Collectibles Requirements, Pre-Owned Products Requirements, and Electronics Requirements
  46. Beauty & Personal Care, Health, Food & Beverages; for more details, refer to Beauty and Personal Care Requirements, Food and Beverage: Shelf-Stable Requirements, and Your Guide to Category Qualification
  47. Baby & Maternity, Home Supplies, Furniture, Sports & Outdoor; for more details, refer to Baby and Maternity Products Requirements and Your Guide to Category Qualification
  48. Muslim Fashion: Family Sets, Virtual Products. For more details, refer to Your Guide to Category Qualification
  49. Seller product-sales access is displayed in the Seller Center Qualification Center. After obtaining access, sellers must still comply with all category requirements for product information, display, qualifications, and fulfillment. The platform may restrict or revoke access based on account performance, risk, or violations.
  50. Collectibles and Trading Cards
  51. Display the front, back, condition, and any defects of the physical item on both the product page and during the LIVE. For graded products, also show the grading service provider, assigned grade, and authentication number. Products with no functional or collectible value, severe damage, or safety risks are strictly prohibited from being a part of LIVE auctions.
  52. Perfume and Beauty Products
  53. Disclose the brand, volume, version, full-size or Tester status, packaging, seal condition, and whether the item has been opened. Upon request, sellers must provide brand authorization, purchase records, or authentication materials. Only unused, unopened, factory-sealed items in intact original containers and within their expiration date may be sold.
  54. Perfumes, sprays, liquid products, and lithium batteries must have their dangerous goods properties accurately declared, and must be packaged, labeled, and transported strictly in compliance with all requirements.
  55. Pre-owned and refurbished electronics
  56. Disclose product status, brand, model, capacity, appearance, functionality, battery, screen, accessories, packaging, repairs, and replaced parts. All refurbished electronics are limited to invite-only sellers. A product may be described as “Refurbished” only if it has been inspected, cleaned, tested, and repaired where needed by the manufacturer, a manufacturer-authorized refurbisher, or a qualified third-party refurbisher; otherwise, it must be described as “Used.”
  57. During the LIVE, demonstrate power-on, unlocking, screen, camera, charging, battery, and device-lock status. Select the condition that matches the physical product; if unsure, choose the lower condition.
  58. Jewelry and pre-owned luxury goods
  59. Pre-owned luxury goods and jewelry use the New, Excellent, Very Good, Good, and Fair grades, assessed by wear, appearance, structure and parts, and function. Good is the minimum saleable condition; Fair is not eligible for sale. Tags, packaging, COAs, warranty cards, and accessories must be disclosed separately and do not determine the condition grade; authentication documents or COAs must match each physical item.
  60. Units and Materials: Use grams for precious metals, carats (ct) for gemstones, ring sizes for rings, and length for chain jewelry. Product-page and LIVE information must match. Show the hallmark when claiming purity; if none exists or the source is unclear, disclose that fact and do not assume the material or gemstone origin.
  61. Pre-LIVE: Product listing and preparation
  62. Post products and complete required disclosures
  63. Each product link corresponds to exactly one physical auction item; you cannot mix and sell different products under a single link. Create separate product links for different items, this rule also applies to Temporary Listing.
  64. Product description must at minimum include: product name, brand or unbranded status, category, clear main image that matches the physical item, condition and defects, specifications and quantity, included accessories, certificates, original packaging, required qualifications, and shipping information.
  65. Product page must show the full view and actual condition of the auction item. You cannot use only stock images for pre-owned, refurbished, or damaged items; solid-color images, irrelevant images, or brand logos cannot replace actual photos of the item.
  66. Title and description must match the actual auction item exactly. Do not use irrelevant brands, trending keywords, false value claims, or unrecognizable names such as "Item 1".
  67. You must select the condition tier or status that matches the physical product. Accurately disclose flaws, wear, repairs, and functional issues; if unsure, choose the lower tier. Where a category has additional condition-grading, authentication, or approval requirements, sellers must comply with them as well.
  68. Pre-LIVE verification
  69. Sellers must provide creators with full details on item condition, flaws, specifications, accessories, required qualifications, pricing, shipping, and delivery requirements. Do not start the auction if information is incomplete.
  70. Official Shop Creators and Marketing Creators must verify the product page, physical auction item, and inventory; affiliate creators must also verify seller credentials. If information is inconsistent or unconfirmed, pause the auction and correct it before going LIVE.
  71. Also confirm all of the following before going LIVE:
  72. Each auction item, product page, and physical inventory unit matches one-to-one;
  73. Similar auction items are clearly distinguishable, and match transaction records and orders;
  74. Once product display or bidding starts, you cannot temporarily change the starting bid, bidding duration, or auction end method.
  75. For product linking, camera and lighting setup, display order, countdown settings, and end procedures, refer to the LIVE auction Feature Guide.
  76. During LIVE: Display, promotion, and bidding
  77. Product display
  78. At the start of the LIVE, clearly state the range of auction items for the session and the sales format. If an item is marked Final Sale, inform buyers before bidding starts.
  79. Disclose the product name, brand, condition, major defects, specifications, quantity, exact product and accessories buyers will receive, and all other information that impacts purchasing decisions before bidding starts.
  80. Keep auction items clearly visible throughout bidding, unboxing, Card Break, and distribution. Show the full item, key parts, major defects, and required functions. Display all items for the session in the LIVE background; a high-value item's display time cannot exceed its share of the session's actual auctions. Remove or block unrelated content that could mislead buyers about brand, value, or prize scope.
  81. After a winning bid, show the buyer's won item clearly to the camera for at least 2 seconds, and verbally confirm the win during the LIVE.
  82. Truthful promotion
  83. Claims about price, value, rarity, function, returns, or endorsements require verifiable evidence. Do not make false or misleading claims regarding original prices, stock, sales, demand, or value, or promise unspecified high-value items beyond the listing. The platform may request official website links, receipts, or transaction records.
  84. Fair bidding
  85. Only actual end buyers may place bids. Sellers, LIVE hosts, employees, personal contacts, business partners, and associated accounts cannot place bids or artificially raise prices. Do not falsify winning bids, re-auction items after low winning bids, demand additional price differences, or direct buyers to off-platform transactions.
  86. Relevant Feature Policies: Listing and LIVE Requirements
  87. Surprise Set
  88. Surprise Set is allowed for Collectibles, Beauty & Personal Care, Toys & Hobbies, Sports & Outdoors, Home Supplies, Phones & Electronics, and Fashion Accessories categories.
  89. Surprise Set inventory may only contain products from the same category or subcategory, with similar approximate value, that are factory-sealed and unmodified by the manufacturer; Non-collectible categories cannot include secondary random items, custom blind boxes, or self-sealed packaged products.
  91. Pricing and purchase restrictions: Every item must have a verifiable manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) that falls within the category's approved value range. One single Surprise Set can contain a maximum of 500 items; the rules for maximum bid price, single item value, daily purchase limits, and cooling-off periods apply concurrently.
  92. Maximum bid price per set:
  93. Collectibles: maximum $5,000 per set; coins and currency: maximum $1,000 per set.
  94. Other eligible categories: maximum $500 per set.
  95. Each item must fall within the market-value range below. When a buyer purchases a Surprise Set, the probability of receiving the highest-value item in that set must be at least 5%:
  96. Buyer purchase limits: Users must be 18 years or older to participate.
  97. Card Break
  98. Card Break is a sales format where cards or collectibles are opened LIVE during the stream, and distributed to buyers per pre-disclosed rules.
  99. The platform permits Personal Break, Pick Your Team / Type, Pull-Til-You-Win, and Case Break formats; Random Team Break may only be run through a valid Surprise Set listing.
  100. Product information must state what buyers purchase, the distribution rules, and the exact physical item they will receive. Keep the full opening, display, and distribution process visible; each transaction must deliver at least one physical item. Do not use prohibited Draft-Style or Bounty formats, add random items or prizes, use third-party randomization tools, or rename listings to bypass rules.
  101. LIVE auction close, shipping fees, and order fulfillment
  102. Win confirmation and fulfillment responsibility
  103. A completed winning bid is legally binding; cancellations follow platform rules. Sellers cannot cancel, substitute, or re-auction an item because the winning bid is low. Buyer protection still covers quality and fulfillment issues. Ship the exact won item—never a similar or near-identical product, an item with a different serial number, or a lower-condition item. Listing expiration does not remove verification responsibility.
  104. Mis-shipments, missing items, or substituted products are treated as fulfillment violations; all related refunds or reshipment costs are the full responsibility of the seller. For specific timelines and other requirements, refer to the Fulfillment Policy.
  105. Shipping fees
  106. Shipping fees must reflect actual package weight, dimensions, shipping method, and cost. Do not pair a low starting bid with excessive shipping to create undisclosed profit. Combined shipping must reflect the merged parcel's actual cost, and promised free shipping cannot carry extra charges.
  107. Shipment Timeframes, Parcel Pickup, and Delivery
  108. Sellers must complete valid shipment within 2 days, meaning you hand over the correct product to the carrier and generate a real, trackable logistics record. Creating a shipping label alone or filling in a tracking number does not count as completing shipment.
  109. You may not use fake tracking numbers, empty parcels, or invalid logistics. Sellers must retain records of transactions, picking, packing, package weights, shipping labels, and parcel pickup. In case of disputes over wrong/missing items, damage, or non-delivery, the platform may require you to provide photos, surveillance footage, or other proof.
  110. Orders must enter transit and be delivered within the applicable fulfillment timelines. See the Fulfillment Policy for the applicable timeline.
  111. Packaging
  112. Protect single trading cards with sleeves and rigid bend-resistant holders or equivalent protection. Use appropriate packaging and shipping for electronics, fragile goods, liquids, perfumes, and high-value items. If inadequate protection causes damage, dampness, leakage, missing parts, or loss of usability, the seller is responsible for returns, refunds, or replacements and may be penalized.
  113. Returns, Refunds, and Seller Liability
  116. The end of a LIVE, expired links, creator unbinding, or permission changes do not release sellers from fulfillment or after-sales obligations. Process requests within Seller Center deadlines; unjustified rejection or delay may trigger automatic refunds and harm shop performance.
  117. Invalid Seller Rejection Rate (ISRR):
  118. Sellers participating in LIVE Auctions must comply with the Invalid Seller Rejection Rate (ISRR) requirements for all covered after-sales requests arising from auction orders. Refer to the Requirements for Invalid Seller Rejection Rate (ISRR) for more details.
