These Managed Service Plan Creator Terms (“Creator Terms”) govern Creator’s contribution to campaigns, collaborations, or promotional activities conducted by TikTok related to the managed services plan described herein (the “Managed Service Plan”).

2. Engagement and Relationship

(i) Payment Upon Discontinuation. Should a Managed Service Plan campaign be discontinued by the Platform, the Creator will be paid for all eligible compensation earned while participating in such Managed Service Plan campaign up to the effective date of discontinuation.

The Platform reserves the right to withhold, offset, or adjust payments in cases of: (i) Creator's failure to deliver content that complies with campaign requirements, (ii) fraud, (iii) policy violations, (iv) returned orders or refunded transactions, or (v) other invalid activity, as provided under the Creator Platform Terms.
